No, I think people are turned evil. I think they are turned evil because of their past and their lifestyle and/or where they live. A person that you call evil probably had lost someone close them, lost a job, or they are not happy with themselves. It also comes from people they hang around there friends might live a bad life and it rubs off on them. they are probably showing lack of discipline because they get no attention at home or at school. My definition of evil is not carrying about others and there feelings mean and cruel to others. Peer pressure could also be a effect on being evil they might try hard to fit along and do things others do that are evil. My last reason for being evil is probably want to have friends but no one wants to be their friend.
